Born and raised in Georgina, David Metherall (Broker of Record) brings deep local roots and a lifelong commitment to the community into every client relationship. Licensed in real estate since 1992, David specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, offering clients a well-rounded, strategic approach backed by decades of experience.

David’s career includes year-after-year award-winning production and the successful guidance of hundreds of families and businesses through their real estate journeys. Over the years, he has held a wide range of leadership and professional roles, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Broker, and Broker of Record—experience that provides a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry at every level.

Committed to continuous improvement, David has completed numerous sales training seminars and has also provided sales training and mentorship to many agents throughout his career. Sharing knowledge and supporting professional growth within the industry is a core part of his professional philosophy.

Community involvement remains central to David’s life and work. He proudly served as a volunteer firefighter for 10 years, Past member of the Keswick Santa Claus Parade Committee for 21 years, and continues to support local youth sports and Community fund raisers as a sponsor.
